Whilst Crome Security has taken reasonable effort to provide such features that are accurate and free from defect, Crome Security does not warrant the accuracy, correctness or completeness of these features, which are provided on an "as is" basis.

In order to purchase products or merchandise from the Crome Security Site, details of the goods you wish to order, your personal details, and credit card details for payment, must be entered into a secure 128 bit encrypted SSL web form on the Crome Security Site. Crome Security will decrypt the data received via the Crome Security Site and manually process the payment.

The cost of delivery of Crome Security products or merchandise purchased by you will be calculated at the time the product is ordered, and will be incorporated into the final price of the product.

Provided payment has been successfully processed, a tax receipt and the product or merchandise ordered will be sent to you via standard post or, for international deliveries, via airmail. If Crome Security is unable to personally deliver the product to the address you have provided; a notice will be left at that address which can be used to retrieve the product you have purchased from your local post office.

All prices quoted on the Crome Security Site are inclusive of the Australian Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) and all monetary amounts are in Australian Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
Details required from you

Unless provided otherwise, all payments for product or merchandise purchases are to be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted). You must therefore provide to Crome Security (or its payment processing provider) details of your credit card, including:

    * credit card type;
    * name on credit card;
    * credit card number; and
    * expiry date.

In order for Crome Security to deliver to you a tax receipt, or the product or merchandise you have ordered, you will need to provide Crome Security with your postal address.

Crome Security will not provide you with a tax receipt recognising your donation or with the product or merchandise you have ordered until payment has been processed and actually received by Crome Security.
Errors in transmission

Crome Security is not responsible for any interruption to or failure in any communication or process, howsoever caused, which results in an order, or in any payment or payment details not being received or processed by Crome Security. A payment will be regarded as received when Crome Security is able to credit or transfer the amount required into its designated bank account.
Returning products or merchandise

Crome Security will provide a refund on any product or merchandise purchased via the Crome Security Site if that product or merchandise is returned to Crome Security in original condition and accompanied with a valid Crome Security receipt for those goods, at your expense, and within 30 days of delivery.

If any returned product or merchandise is found to be defective by Crome Security, then Crome Security will, at your option, either provide replacement product or merchandise, or will refund you the purchase price paid for that product or merchandise. However, Crome Security will not provide a replacement for any product or merchandise sold on an "ex demo", "end of line", "factory second" or other discounted basis.


While we have taken care to provide Content that is free from error, Crome Security does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of Content on the Crome Security Site. All Content is provided on an "as is" basis and without guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. All terms implied by law, except those that can not be lawfully excluded, are excluded. All Content is subject to change without notice. Crome Security does not warrant that this Crome Security Site or any linked websites will be free from viruses or defects.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to any responsibilities implied by law and which cannot be excluded, Crome Security, and its directors, employees, agents, volunteers and contractors, are not liable to you for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and defence or settlement costs) whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising out of or referable to any Content on this Crome Security Site, to any material on linked websites, or to access or use of the Crome Security Site by you, howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort including negligence, statute or otherwise.
